Born in 1976, Long brings over 20 years of experience in the Software Outsourcing industry, with more than 16 years spent studying and working in Japan. In 2011, he returned to Vietnam to establish an offshore IT team, a journey that ultimately led to the creation of D-SOFT.

Hung’s strong management abilities in global business and taking advantage of many years of experience as Project Management will help D-SOFT develop its delivery capabilities in both human resources and delivery process.

With over 15 years of experience as a project manager, he has successfully led numerous projects for Japanese clients, managing communication in both fluent English and Japanese. He is known for his leadership in guiding teams to deliver exceptional results and driving project success across various sectors.

Born in 1968, he joined D-SOFT in 2020, bringing with him over 25 years of experience in offshore development and project management. At his previous company, he honed a strong commitment to quality through years of working with Japanese partners, and now strives to embed that same dedication and expertise within D-SOFT.
